New Products & New Ways To Have Fun

Shortly I will have another announcement about our range of invitations and cards, more great products and classes using Christina Re and Collections, both great Australian companies.

  

Don't forget Pergamano classes this weekend with our talented and creative teacher.

 

Our classroom area is available for local groups to host a party or a family working bee on those invitations and cards. Shop tools available for use include Cricut, Pazzle, Cuttlebug, Sizzex and more.

Often our customers say that the printed papers are pretty enough to frame and that is just what one customer did with the Collections Elements Transparency.  Create your own version with this week's special 12inch shadow box or frames for $29.

Photography and Pont Shoot Play Sat 20^th June, byo camera for training with a professional for only $60 but the Photoshop we supply individual computers to each student at $50 for the session. I really enjoy the personal and hands on tuition with these classes, something to learn for everyone from expert to beginner.

Rapt in Paper Sunday 21^st June we will create a unique home décor accent piece or gift item $35

As always our classes include all you need to create the class sample, all the glue, papers, trims and tools, no need to buy anything on top of the class cost.

Our large well lit workspace is available outside of scheduled class times for you to organise working bees for invitations or small crop sessions. You can be trained to make use of the Pazzle, Cricuit or other tools to complete your projects.  Making your own invitations and cards can be a real cost saver but then it can be hard to find unique ideas that make a statement. Our design team is on call to show you different ideas utilising a range of products that suit your special occasions.

Invitations & Celebrations

 

Have you seen our new banner across the front of the shop celebrating our new range of invitation and other specialty papercraft products.

 

We are proud to announce that All About Paper has been selected for launch of new craft magazine that will be directly supported by products on display in the store.  The full range of papercrafts will be included under one banner, invitations, cards, ATCs, decoupage, pergamano and scrapbooking.

 

It will be sold on a subscription basis, with a new edition every other month priced at $3.99 with 2 additional

bumper supplement editions a year for $5.99. The price is fantastic considering the amount of detailed how information packed into the 100+ pages. Oh and just to sweeten the deal, there will be a gift on the cover of each magazine, so far we have seen nice stamps and cute chipboard pieces.  Fantastic value.

 

The first edition with be an early opener for Christmas planning at the end of August and for each subscription purchased you will receive an invitation to a free class spotlighting the product range.

 

In June our classes will feature our all Australian favorites, Collections Elements freshly shipped from Perth, Christina Re up from Melbourne and Rapt In Paper from Brisbane. There will be card and invitation classes, off the page and scrapbook pages with a difference.  Purchase a  class or a kit and do your bit to move our local economy along again.

Point Shoot Play Photoshop classes and photography tutorials are always popular. Our next session is scheduled for June 20, reserve your spaces early as we like to keep the group small to ensure individual attention.

 

Easy Peasy arrived this week with booklets of 90 pieces of art suitable for jewelry, ATCs, inchies, and cards. Am really excited about some of the things our design team has been doing with these.  

 

This week’s special sale item is 2 of the12x12 albums for $35. At that price, you could plan on doing a bit of Christmas shopping early and even make a few pages to go in the album.

Scrapbooking Memories

 

Did you see our shop being spotlighted in Scrapbooking Memories? One of my favourite parts of the magazine is Step By Step with their detailed directions on how to make some interesting pages.
 

When you see something new advertised on the Scrap Shop page, you can be sure I have it on the shelf. As one of the first scrapbook stores in Queensland I have built a good relationship with all the major companies and distributors from which I can often secure the first in Australia deliveries. Even more fun when our store is selected to market test new products before the public launch. Always something interesting going on in our store.  

Collections new range is one of my favourites. The images and papers from Collections are suitable for cardmakers, ATCs, altered art and scrapbook pages.  Visit the shop to see some of the newest designs our talented team has created with Collections and Christina Re.

Collections Elements arrives at Kit & Caboodle

  

A great day was had by everyone who attended last weekend’s kit & caboodle event. Tina from Australian Simply Cards magazine was a guest teacher and left us with some great discounts on magazine subscriptions just for our All About Paper customers.

The new range from Collections Elements and Rapt In Paper were just two of the featured projects that were created by the class in between lots of fun little projects, cards and lots and lots of prizes.

 

Our next big one day event will dedicated to cards, invitations and table décor and scheduled for July. We are thinking of featuring Christina Re, Collections and other Australian companies, if you have a favourite let me know as we do like to celebrate the best of Australia.

Kit & Caboodle, Cards, Collections and so much more

 

Last days to sign up for Kit & Caboodle that will be held this weekend. On the menu are cards, invitations, and gift items using some of the Collections and Rapt In Paper range.  Lots of new techniques and tools will be on show for you to test drive. 

 

Our guest Tina from Australian Simply Cards Magazine is excited about meeting you all and sharing her special tips on making personalised cards.

 

Point Shoot Play photoshop and photography lessons are filling fast, please ensure you have your reservations in early.

 

One of the new products in the Rapt In Paper range is a large folder. It is suitable for a variety of projects including a storage holder for die cuts and stamps or a personalised guest book for a special occasion.

Kit & Caboodle with Collections

 

We saw Collections at the SIA in Sydney and knew you would want them on the fastest plane we could get them and finally we can say they are arriving. Better yet Collections will be a feature at our upcoming Kit & Caboodle, Sunday the 17^th of May.  

 

The whole range is on order, stamps, transparencies, the prettiest papers and unique off the page items. Something there for ATC artists, hybrid, altered, cardmakers and traditional scrappers.

 

Kit & Caboodle including classes with Tina from our own Australian cardmaking magazine or the Point Shoot Play photoshop classes can be purchased as a gift for someone special or Mother’s Day.

May events, invitations and more

 

May will be a busy month at All About Paper.  

The first Sunday of every month Philippine hosts classes in Pergamono and parchment craft. You will be surprised at the delicate and lacey results that can be achieved when under the tutorage of this talented teacher.

We are proud to announce that Rapt in Paper is now on our shelves and classes are being scheduled for these unique designs.

 

Kit & Caboodle on Sunday 17 May will feature some of the Rapt In Paper and Collections which everyone is excited about.  If you are looking for a special Mother’s Day gift, we are happy to issue gift certificates for Kit and Caboodle or Point Shoot Play photoshop and photography.  Award winning Angella Peardon's Ten Second Studio projects are now on display in the shop.
